• Weekly project feedback to project management in preparation for weekly project communication

• Maintain information in a repository within a SAM asset tracking database to address software compliance & inventory, contracts information, vendor contacts, and pricing.

• Understanding and reporting on Microsoft Agreements taking into account the various aspects of these agreements.

• Assist with contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and minimize costs for software licensing, maintenance, and services.

• Identify Opportunities for Additional services driving value back into the SAM team as well as into the larger First Technology business.

• Work with the software sales team to collect information for software entitlements and contracts for clients.

• Assist with Contract Review workflow and reporting.

• Data custodianship, ensuring accurate and correct data is captured into existing categorization repositories.

• Working with First Technology leadership to attain common objectives.

• Respond to requests from customers, managers, account managers, developers, and team members for specific Software Asset Management data information.

• All other tasks that are deemed reasonably necessary to fulfill the above function, of SAM Consultant, and comply with all other reasonable instructions given by the employer.

Old Mutual Limited (OML) is looking for a Service Design Practitioner who will execute within the service design capability using the required methods that will help inform and execute the Digital Strategy from a customer perspective. BACKGROUND

Peace Parks is a non-profit conservation organisation that specialises in Conservation at Scale through the development of Transfrontier Conservation Areas (TFCAs) and the long-term management of key Protected Areas in partnership with government, conservation agencies and communities within these landscapes. We currently focus on the development of five priority Transfrontier Conservation Areas measuring over 65 million hectares throughout southern Africa and the co-management of ten National Parks and Protected Areas covering over 5.2 million hectares.

JOB PURPOSE

The Data Analyst plays a supportive role in managing and analysing data for the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system and the Impact Tracker (website). This includes assisting in the automation of data transfer, maintaining the Impact Tracker, developing dashboards, and performing basic data analysis and visualization tasks.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Assist the MEL Manager in preparing reports for the Innovative Conservation Finance Division, the Fund Development and Communications team, and internal operations.
  • Maintain and update the Foundation's MEL Database and Impact Tracker (website).
  • Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes through coding tasks.
  • Facilitate data collection and support the optimization of data submission protocols to enhance impact reporting.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and benchmarking to support internal performance evaluations.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure interoperability between different data systems.
  • Provide data analysis support for Fund Development projects and programs as needed.
  • Assist the MEL Manager with other technical tasks as required.
  • Support due diligence and deal executions for potential financing structures by providing relevant data and analysis.
  • Perform basic impact analysis using statistical methods under guidance.


REQUIREMENTS


TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript (React), C# (.NET), PostgreSQL, and Python.
  • Data Modelling: Basic understanding of data modelling concepts and techniques, including statistical modelling and data transformation.
  • Data Management: Familiarity with data management principles and practices, including data quality management.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create basic data visualizations using tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based dashboards.
